No One Knows

Here is the sermon for Sunday, December 1, 2019, the first Sunday of Advent. Based on Matthew 24:36-44, we take a look forward to Jesus' Second Advent, Jesus' return to this world. When should we expect this? How should we prepare? What should we do? So many questions. Come and watch. See what Jesus has to tell us in answer to our questions.

Beyond Loaves and Fishes: Joshua Week 6 & Mark Week 1

On Tuesday night, November 12, 2019, we wrapped up our study of Joshua with the Promised Land belonging to Israel and sanctuary cities established. Then we moved on to a study of the Gospel According to Mark, which was the first of the four gospels written. We had an introduction that night, and we'll plunge into Mark in detail in the next session. It was an interesting evening. Join us! And, should you be near Lansdowne Baptist in Lansdowne, PA, some fine Sunday morning, drop in and join us for worship. We'll be glad to have you. ~Rev. Jeff Snyder
